Here's a site to ponder - something called Intellectual Conservatives - which it is tempting to call an oxymoron. That would be wrong. BUt on this site, well, it's an ozymoron. Take this story, called The More Things Change - now I'm no expert on middle eastern history - but a few things I know... Like:

I admit - I sometimes take a broader view of things than is normal. So I can look at that and say, what the fuck? When Christianity split, it unleashed almost 200 years of warfare directly traceable to the split - and loner, indirectly. But who needs long views? ask the Irish how well Christianity suffers disunity...
