This is the kind of thing that... Saudi Arabia wants nukes - maybe. So we invade a country that had no nukes, no chemical or biological weapons that we can find, or find any evidence of having existed in the last 12 years - thus accelerating the efforts of countries like Iran and North Korea to get nukes, and convincing countries like Saudi Arabia that they need them.
