This story, in the Philadelphia Inquirer, has been getting some play around the blogs, starting I think with Atrios. Getting to the meat of the issue:

Bush told his senior aides Tuesday that he "didn't want to see any stories" quoting unnamed administration officials in the media anymore, and that if he did, there would be consequences, said a senior administration official who asked that his name not be used.

The writers seem to be having difficulty containing their laughter there. Of course, didn't dubya say he ddn't read the papers? So how's he going to know, unless someone leaks it to him?

Oh God, how did we get stuck with this buffoon and his merry band of imbeciles? Oh right - "God put him there for a time such as this." I forgot. Silly me. This Boykin character is a general, he's integral t the effort to find Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden an the like, and he has the opinions to match.

“Well, is he [bin Laden] the enemy? Next slide. Or is this man [Saddam] the enemy? The enemy is none of these people I have showed you here. The enemy is a spiritual enemy. He’s called the principality of darkness. The enemy is a guy called Satan.”

Makes you feel all warm and toasty inside. Right?

But pity the poor satirist.
