Now this is entertaining. The Democrats in the Texas legislature have fled the state to prevent the passage of a redistricting plan. The GOP controls the legislature, and has been ramming thnigs through - the Dems have decided to fight back on whatever grounds they have. Hardball politics can be such a thrill.
